We are looking for a talented AI Programmer to join our growing team and develop cutting-edge AI solutions for our industry-leading job search platform. In this role, you will play a key part in creating innovative features that leverage machine learning to connect candidates with their dream jobs and empower employers to find the perfect talent.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI algorithms to personalize job recommendations for candidates.
• Implement machine learning models to improve search relevance and ranking.
• Build and maintain AI systems for applicant screening and skills assessment.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions with our existing platform.
• Continuously research and develop new AI applications to enhance the job search experience for both candidates and employers.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Test and debug AI functionalities to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
• Proven experience in designing and developing AI algorithms, preferably with machine learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages specially in Python.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Passion for AI and its potential to revolutionize the job market.
• Basic understanding of the generative AIs like Gemini, ChatGPT etc
• Fluent in speaking in English

Salary:

• 60,000 - 80,000 BDT / month

Experience year:

• Python - 6 years
• AI - 4 years
• Git - 6 years

• Experience working with job search platforms or applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI development.
